Refund and Cancellation

At Karen Heart Talk, we value customer satisfaction and transparency.

  1. Digital Products (eBooks & Courses)
    All eBook and course purchases are final. Because digital content is delivered instantly, we cannot offer refunds once the item has been accessed.
  2. Duplicate Transactions
    If a duplicate transaction occurs due to a technical error, please contact us immediately. We will verify and issue a refund within 7–10 business days.
  3. Failed Transactions
    If payment is deducted but you do not receive access, contact us at kjames@karenhearttalk.com with proof of payment.
  4. Eventual Refund Processing
    Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method.
