This book is very meaningful, inspiring, uplifting, you just name it, its all there.
When I finished the very last chapter I was anticipating another chapter not realizing I got to the end.
This book shows me, that every thing we go through in life is only a set up for a greater purpose, and we should always ask God what lesson do you want me to learn from it.
Being a leader is not an easy task. I really love how Karen as a leader would have look beyond the employee problems and see the human in them, see the desperate inner cry for help and be there for her employees.
