Ordering your eBook is quick and simple. Follow the steps below to make your purchase and start reading right away.
📖 Step 1 – Browse and Choose Your Book
- Visit our eBooks page.
- Select the eBook you’d like to purchase.
- Click Add to Cart.
🛒 Step 2 – Checkout
- Once your eBook is in the cart, go to the Checkout page.
- Enter your details (name, email, etc.).
- Choose your payment method (explained below).
💳 Step 3 – Payment Options
We currently accept the following payment methods, separated into Local and Regional/International categories:
🏦 Local Payments (For Customers in Saint Vincent & the Grenadines)
🔹 BOSVG Peer-to-Peer Transfer
- Open your BOSVG Mobile Banking App.
- Go to the Payment tab below.
- Select Pay a Peer.
- Choose Manage and Add Peer.
- Enter the information as shown below.

Click Review to save your Peer - Choose the Peer you just created, choose your Account and enter the Amount.
- Confirm the transfer
- As soon as your payment is confirmed, your eBook will appear in your account.
🔹 Cash in Person
- At checkout, select Cash in Person.
- You’ll receive instructions to complete payment in person.
- Once received, your eBook will be unlocked.

Steps to Complete Your Payment:
1. Visit your local bank and request an International Wire Transfer/Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT).
2. Provide them with the bank details listed above.
3. Enter the transfer amount (in XCD or your local currency, depending on your bank).
4. Save your transfer receipt.
5. Email a copy of your receipt to kjames@karenhearttalk.com with your order number.
⏳ Processing Time
Wire transfers may take 2–3 business days to process.
EFTs may take 1-2 business days to process.
Once verified, your eBook will be unlocked in your account under Orders → Read Online.
📲 Step 4 – Accessing Your eBook
- Log in to your account at My Account.
- Go to Orders.
- Click the Read Online button next to your book.
- You can read your eBook anytime, from any device.

❓ Can I download the eBook?
No, eBooks are read online only. This keeps them safe and always available in your account.
❓ What if I already bought this book?
Once purchased, you’ll see a Read Online button instead of Add to Cart. You never have to repurchase the same eBook—it stays in your account.
❓ How long do I keep access?
Forever! As long as you have your account, your purchased eBooks will always be available.
❓ What if I forget my password?
Click “Forgot Password” on the login page to reset.
