Delivery/Access Policy

  1. Digital Delivery
    All eBooks and courses sold on Karen Heart Talk are delivered digitally. Once your payment is confirmed, the purchased content becomes available in your account under “My Orders.”
  2. Access Duration
    Purchased eBooks and courses remain available to you permanently, as long as your account remains active.
  3. Payment Confirmation
    Access is granted automatically for approved card transactions, or manually after verification for other payment types.
  4. Assistance
    If you experience any issues accessing your purchase, please contact us at kjames@karenhearttalk.com.

How You Receive Your eBook

  • Where to Find It:
  1. Log in to your account.
  2. Go to My Library.
  3. Click Read Online next to your purchased book.
  • No Physical Shipping: All our products are digital only.
  • If You Don’t See Your Book:
    Email kjames@karenhearttalk.com with your order number. We’ll respond within 1 business day.

Important: Make sure you log in with the same email used at checkout to access your library.
